Machine Vision Development Kit
Sensor to Image presents in collaboration with Altera and Enclustra a machine vision Development Kit, which serves as Design and Development platform for customized machine vision components. The kit is working with the modules of Enclustra and offers a broad selection of the different types of both major FPGA manufacturers. The kit supports the modules with Cyclone 5 SoC of Altera. The board is equipped with interfaces for GigE, USB3 and HDMI (out). They can be extended via FMC addon cards for almost any purpose. For (smart) camera designs with real images, dedicated imager boards are available. Thanks to the SoC-variants the integrated Dual Core Cortex A9 processors are working on this platform even with embedded image processing libraries like Halcon.
