Surface Inspection System for Adhesive Fracture Surfaces

The AdheScan system from Schäfter+Kirchhoff is a complete system for quantifiable and reproducible adhesive fracture surface inspection. Two line-scan cameras deliver high-resolution images with an optical resolution of 11µm of both surfaces of the fracture pair during one inspection. Using the line-scan cameras in a stereo configuration also enables the acquisition of height information with a resolution of 20µm and a rotatable 3D representation of each fracture pair. The user can annotate the specimen in the view that most easily identifies the various fracture patterns.
