The English-language inVISION Days online conference is taking place for the fifth time. Once again, it will provide a comprehensive overview of trends, technologies, and applications. The three conference days will focus on different topics:

Cameras & Optics (December 2)

The keynote speech will be delivered by Prof. Robert Henderson (University of Edinburgh) and will focus on SPADs (Single Photon Avalanche Diodes). The three sessions will cover Cameras & Components (IDS, Murrelektronik, Stemmer Imaging, Teledyne Imaging), Optics (Edmund Optics, Laser 2000, Optotune, Schneider Kreuznach), and High-Speed Vision (Emergent Vision, Lucid Vision, Macnica ATD Europe). The day will conclude with a panel discussion on „Trends in Optics & Lenses,“ featuring participants from Edmund Optics, Excelitas, Optotune, and Schneider Kreuznach.

Spectral Imaging (December 3)

Following the keynote speech by Wouter Charle (Imec) on „On-Chip Spectral Imaging,“ the three sessions „Hyper-/Multi-Spectral Imaging“ (Living Optics, Specim, Stemmer Imaging, Teledyne Imaging), „From SWIR to UV“ (Excelitas, Hamamatsu, Midwest Optical), and „Thermography“ (AT Sensors, Infratec, Optris) will take place. The day will conclude with the discussion „Spectral Imaging: Niche or finally Industry?“ featuring Inno-Spec, JAI, Nireos, and Specim.

AI & Embedded Vision (December 4)

The event will kick off with Ira Effenberger’s (Fraunhofer IPA) keynote speech on „Synthetic Data & AI Vision,“ followed by sessions on embedded vision (Efinix, Stemmer Imaging, The Imaging Source, Valens), AI & Deep Learning (Lucid Vision, Macnica ATD Europe/Axelera AI, MVTec, Noatvis/AugeLab), and smart cameras (IDS). „Plug & Play Embedded Vision: Dream or Reality?“ is the topic of the panel discussion with iEnso, Macnica ATD, PCB Arts, The Imaging Source, and Vision Components.
