Multi spectrum vision system
The Multi-Spectrum lighting system CV-X/XG-X incorporating LEDs in eight colors and a dedicated control circuit. Synchronized lighting, color control, segmented lighting, and high-speed image capture without complicated PLC integration.
Using a high-speed monochrome camera in combination with eight wavelength lighting provides vastly superior capabilities compared with color inspection with conventional color cameras (RGB). This allows users to achieve accurate sorting, even of the slightest differences in color.
