Could you introduce Loopr AI to our readers?

Priyansha Bagaria: Manufacturing inspection hasn’t had its CNC moment yet. It still relies on human eyes and judgment. Loopr AI builds the intelligence layer that makes quality autonomous. We digitize inspection logic and fuse human and machine vision, so every part, line, and site learns from the last. The outcome is not just defect detection but a continuously improving quality graph that connects what’s seen on the line to what’s shipped in the field.

Why was Loopr AI founded?

Loopr AI was founded by myself, because my family business manufactures insulation sheets. They struggled with manual detection of air bubbles during production. Leveraging my machine learning experience, I recognized this as an opportunity to bring the power of AI automation to the shop floor for quality inspection in manufacturing.

What sets your AI vision software apart from comparable solutions?

Most vision systems are point tools: locked to one setup, one camera, one defect class. Loopr is adaptive. It runs on any device, learns new parts in minutes, and turns every inspection into data that reveals trends and root causes. Instead of another detector, Loopr becomes a self-evolving quality brain that scales across factories.
