150 & 300mm Tunable Focusing Lenses
Optotune and Sill Optics have co-developed two new optimized integrated tunable focusing solutions with very long focal lengths to support inline inspection.
This has resulted in Optotune’s focus tunable lenses being embedded into special lens designs. The ELM portfolio, which is in continuous expansion, currently supports S-mount and C-mount cameras up to a sensor size of 1.1″ with focal lengths ranging from 5 to 300mm. The combination of 300mm lens and a 160mm f-theta lens provide 4.5mm FOV, 5µm lateral solution, 26mm z-range and 20ms focus settling time.
