Adlink and AWS have developed an Edge AI, Vision Development Starter Kit for automated defect detection in manufacturing. With Amazon Lookout for Vision and AWS IoT Greengrass, the solution can be trained to automatically detect defects all in real-time at the edge. The starter kits can be configured to use Adlink’s Edge AI Vision Systems powered by Intel x86 based processors alongside Nvidia GPUs or Nvidia Jetson powered Edge AI platforms, along with Basler’s quality industrial cameras and accessories.
