1.) Synthetic data is especially powerful in situations where real data is difficult or impossible to obtain-for example, when launching a new product that is not yet in production. In such cases, synthetic images can be generated early, even before a physical setup exists.

2.) As compute becomes cheaper, synthet-ic data will become widely accessible. But the real shift is from generating datasets to building fully simulated development environments, where vision systems can be designed, tested, and continuously improved in parallel to the real world.
