August, findet von 10:00 bis 12:00 Uhr MEZ das kostenlose Online-Event ‚Thermography for Industrial Automation‘ in englischer Sprache statt.Vorgestellt wird, wie Infrarot-Thermografie in automatisierten Produktionsprozessen eingesetzt werden kann, um Temperaturverteilungen berührungslos zu messen und zur Qualitätssicherung sowie Prozessüberwachung zu nutzen.

    BMW goes Terahertz

    The BMW Group Plant Leipzig is introducing a terahertz-based measurement system for plastic exterior components in series production. Capable of determining paint layer thickness non-destructively, the new technology has recently been scaled up to enable automated, precise and reproducible quality inspections directly within the production process.
