It has a magnification up to 3.33x and an optimal aperture of F/2.1. The lens is optimized for 82mm (16k / 5µm) line scan sensors and resolves 1.86µm in object plane. It detects 0.6µm pinhole defects (threshold value of 15). Depth of field is 16.4µm and numerical aperture 0.18.
