The IRSX-2 from AT Sensors combines intelligent temperature monitoring and analysis within a fully stand-alone IR camera. Thanks to plug&play integration and web-based configuration, the IP67-rated camera is ready for operation in no time. It connects directly to machine controls and system visualization interfaces via Ethernet and IoT protocols such as Modbus and REST API. The Smart Processing App allows multiple product-specific jobs or inspection plans to be stored on the camera, with distinct regions of interest (ROIs) defined for each job. At launch, models with 640×512 pixel resolution and frame rates of 60, 30, or 9Hz are available.
